Seafire residents live like they are on vacation – literally, thanks to the resort-style amenities available at the next-door Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa. Along with a fully equipped gym, use of non-motorised watersports (including paddleboards!), two swimming pools and much more, the resort includes three on-site restaurants that offer residences access to world-class dining at a moment’s notice. Don’t forget: residents also get room service, so if you don’t want to slip on those flip-flops, just pick up the phone!

Breakfast at Ave

Ave’s a-la-carte menu is extensive, with healthy and more decadent options for every palate. In addition, try out the breakfast buffet with eggs made to order, cheeses, pastries, fruit, juices and more. If it’s Sunday, save your appetite for brunch, which begins at 12 p.m. With unlimited bubbles, and generous additions to the breakfast buffet including sushi rolls, salads and cold cuts, soup and a carvery, you will love being located just next door to enjoy the weekly island tradition of Sunday brunch.

Breakfast is served daily from 7 to 11 a.m., with Sunday brunch being offered from 12 to 3 p.m.

The restaurant is situated 24 feet above sea level, allowing for peaceful views over the water while you dine. You can also pop back to Ave for a meal any night that embraces local produce and seafood with classic Mediterranean flavours for a full menu of mouthwatering dishes.

Lunch at Coccoloba

When spending a day relaxing outdoors, the best way to enjoy a meal break is with a slow stroll over to Coccoloba, Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa’s beachfront restaurant, and watching the waves crash ashore as you munch on Mexican delights, from tacos to ceviche to elote. Lunchtime service is offered from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, and its signature cocktails aren’t to be missed either (the piña colada is a local favourite!).

Dinner at Avecita

A unique restaurant-within-a-restaurant concept, Avecita sits within Ave. Available every evening (except Wednesdays, when the Pintxos + Paella event takes over) with one seating at 7 p.m., this experience is open to 10 people at a time seated at the chef’s counter (including children over 14 years of age). A separate tapas menu can also be enjoyed by up to 30 additional guests seated at nearby communal tables.

Get there early to begin the night with some hand-crafted cocktails at the Ave bar, located under a stunning installation made out of local driftwood.

The resort describes dining at Avecita as enjoying Spanish tapas-style dishes served in “a theatrical culinary experience.” Avecita will close from 2 September to 20 October as the chefs travel to get further inspiration for future menus.

The Avecita experience includes paired cocktails and course-by-course descriptions from the chefs and mixologists themselves, with the option to ask as many questions as your heart desires. Where else can you receive a global culinary education in your backyard?

Snack breaks at Seafire Pantry

Whenever hunger hits, stop by Seafire Pantry, with healthy salads, veggie snack boxes, fruit parfaits, baked goods and snacks like granola bars, chips and more. In addition, the Pantry has a full-service coffee and tea bar and kombucha on tap.

The resort also maintains a schedule filled with dining experiences, including Taco y Tequila and Island Fest as well as festive holiday traditions every Christmas season.
